This isn't some rigid framework where I tell you what you need. This is YOUR call. We'll talk about what matters most to you.
That said, I've done enough of these to know there are usually four main things holding people back:
On our call, we'll figure out which one (or two) is your main blocker. Then I'll give you honest feedback and specific advice on what to do about it.
Before the call:
You'll fill out a quick intake form that takes maybe 5 minutes. Just your biggest challenge, what you've already tried, and what you want to ask me. This way we don't waste time when we actually get on the call.
On the call (60 minutes): We'll dig into your situation. I'll look at your work, ask about your approach, and we'll talk through what's actually stopping you.
If you've got specific questions about a team you're trying to reach, a piece you're unsure about, how to deal with imposter syndrome, how to price your work, whatever, bring them. This is your time.
After the call:
I'll send you a quick follow-up (either a voice note or email) within a day or two summarizing the main thing you should focus on and your 3 priority actions for the next 30 days.
Plus: WhatsApp access. After our call, you can reach me on WhatsApp if you have quick questions while working through your 30-day action plan. I'm here to support you beyond just the call.
That's it. No upsells. No course pitches. Just a straight shot of clarity so you can stop spinning your wheels.

Yeah, that's why I ask for your portfolio link in the intake form. I'll check it out beforehand so we don't waste time.

Everyone thinks that. But after talking to dozens of people, I've seen the same patterns over and over. There's a 90% chance someone else has faced exactly what you're facing.
"Do you do follow-up calls or ongoing coaching?"
