Add a filmic & vintage touch to your social media content with these custom built film mattes!
After trying scouring the internet and several digital product stores - I was never able to find a pack of film-style mattes that worked perfectly for social media dimensions...
So I decided to make my own, and I'm proud to share these with you guys now!
Included in this digital product pack is 10 Film Mattes for your video editing needs, including:
Each of these film mattes have been built primarily for social media platforms, hence the several sizes for your project needs.
They each come in two versions, one with a high quality 16MM film grain applied on top to give a more filmic look, as well as a clean film matte with no grain with just the border effect.
INSTRUCTIONS
When using the film mattes, make sure you place them over the footage you have on your timeline.
Once placed, go to your effect controls, and change the opacity to MULTIPLY.
If you need to change the size or positioning of the film matte, use the "transform" effect to change the dimensions to fit your sequence settings - however these were made with all social media aspect ratios in size, so you may find you won't need to do this.
